Consult Act

​A 1-1/2 hour consultation consisting of an evaluation of the exterior and interior of the house including a walk through and review of recommendations with the seller/realtor. This level assumes the seller will be responsible for implementing chosen recommendations.

Occupied Stage Act

This level includes the consultation and assumes The Closing Act will provide accessories, rugs, and/or lighting to enhance your property.

Vacant Stage Act

We provide all furniture and accessories to transform a house into a home to appeal to the widest group of potential buyers.
